1 Peter 4:5-8

What happens when faith leads to suffering?

Have you ever tired to help someone out of their condition? You may have done everything you could do. You may have talked to them, you may have given them money, and you may have even done extra favors for them, but it seems you are the one who suffered. The person didn't seem to get any better, they are still suffering stuck in their same condition and now you are suffering! Yet we are to keep our love for one another fervent, because love covers a multitude of sins. By human standards we may be judged, but by God's standards we are to live. Do we continue helping when things seem to not be getting any better? Do we continue suffering? Come to church this morning. Let's talk about the difference between true faith and imagination and the difference between looking foolish and being foolish. "Now it was for this very purpose that the gospel was preached to those who are now dead..."

It's that time, time for church.

Those who have a heart to give will find a way to give.

Those who don’t have a heart to give will find a good reason not to give.

Those who do give God gives them the means to receive more so they can give.

Those who don’t give never seem to have the ability to give.

There is always some good reason why they can’t.

Romans 5:6-11 There are times when we are faced with the reality for being wrong.  We can be wrong and lie about it. We can be wrong and try to hide it. We can be wrong and admit it. Have you ever wronged someone and had to come back and apologize but didn’t know how to ask for forgiveness? Apologizing with your mouth can be very hard when pride is in the way. Apologizing from a sorrowful state and expressing it from the depths of your heart and soul requires the love OF God.
“For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, how much more, since we have been reconciled, will we be saved by his life?” Oh Lord, I am sorry for the wrong I have done over and over. This is the reality Paul faced each day. The truth is, me and you face this same reality. Not only did God love us when we did not love Him, but we were His enemy. We were helpless in our wrong. We can not hate what God loves and love God. Because OF the love of God we are truly sorry for how wrong we once were AND sorry for the wrong we sometimes are. We thank GOD for mercy and grace!
To God Be All Glory!

We are imperfect people trying to describe a perfect God, using imperfect words, imperfect thoughts, and imperfect gestures. Please give us Your strength that is greater than our shouting. Gives us Your calmness that  is greater than our pride. Gives us Your hope that is greater than our fear and patience that will keep our eyes on You. God we Your children are in need Your help.

Something to think about😊

Some say “if you have enough money you don’t have a problem.”
If you think that way it seems to me that you already have a problem that money can’t solve.
Money is not the answer to everything.
For starters you can’t buy your way into heaven!
You can buy your way into hell and think it’s heaven until your money or time run out.
You can not buy time from God and man has none to sell.

All things are possible to those who believe God.
We have to believe God at His Word.
We have to see things in the spiritual the way God sees them.
God has all power,
The wind,
The rain,
The snow,
And everything you see and don't see is in His hands.
When we see all things in the natural,
and we operate in the natural,
We start to worship in the natural.
The natural becomes our god.
But when we see things the way God, Our Father sees them, and
When we say things the way God Our Father say them,
We go higher than just the natural.
We receive revelation!
We can not be joint heirs with God and lack.
God tells us don't worry about what you need I will take care of that.
Keep our eyes on the gift-giver and not on the gifts He gives,
and the gifts will keep on coming
More than the world can conceive.
